Take time to Relax

Research finds that spending time by the ocean is pretty good for your wellbeing. The color blue has been found to be associated with feelings of calm and peace. The smell of the ocean breeze also contributes to a soothed state, which has something to do with the negative ions in the air. The physical sensation of putting your feet in warm sand causes you to relax.So go to a beach, lake, waterfall or a body of water and relax! If you can’t go then try meditation, it works too! There is also an app called Calm that you can use to practice mindfulness and meditation.Hope your day is relaxing!
